About the role The job involves being responsible for recruitment and staffing processes primarily within the real estate industry. You will be part of a team but will independently manage your own processes from start to finish, which means that:

• Establishing a requirement profile together with the client

• Conducting selection, search, and advertising

• Conducting interviews and reference checks

• Matching and presenting candidates

• Ensuring a good candidate experience

You will also actively work to maintain and develop strong relationships with your clients through regular meetings and ongoing dialogue. The role will also include developing Devotum's client network by assisting us with new client sales. At the same time, you will ensure satisfaction and engagement among your consultants by being a present and supportive contact during their assignments. The role also includes participating in candidate and client activities, as well as representing Devotum at seminars and fairs.

About you We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, and wants to grow together with us at Devotum. To take on the role of Consultant Manager, we believe you have an education focused on HR/Behavioral Science or equivalent, or relevant work experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or HR. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and enjoy working in digital systems.

As a person, you are equipped with a structured approach, professionalism, humility, and patience. You are good at prioritizing your commitments and bringing your tasks to completion. To thrive in the role and the group, you should easily collaborate, coordinate, and enjoy taking on significant responsibility. You are positive about changes and innovative. Of course, you also find it easy to build relationships with clients, consultants, and candidates. We see that personal qualities weigh heavily for this role.
